HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
We process all orders within 3-5 business days. Once your order has been processed and depending on the shipping method chosen at checkout, your order is expected to arrive 3-5 business days if you've chosen Express Shipping. You can expect to receive your order 5-7 business days after it has been processed if you chose Standard Shipping. Please note that our wig units can take up to 10 business for it to be shipped excluding the processing time.
HOW CAN I BE FEATURED ON YOUR WEBSITE OR INSTAGRAM?
Send your photos with our hair to info@chlohairextensions.com. On social media sites you can use the hashtag #ChloHairExtensions then we will feature the customers of our choice.

HOW DO I MAINTAIN THIS HAIR?
You’ll get a hair care card with your order to help you.
CAN I DYE, BLEACH OR COLOR THIS HAIR?
Yes. Our hair is 100% virgin human hair so it can take bleach, straightening, dye and curls really well. We do recommend going to a professional stylist for any of these services.
