ALL HD LACE , frontal or closures will have a 3-5 day processing time .
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Standard Shipping takes 3-5 business days to be delivered AFTER it has been processed. Please allow 3 business days for your order to be processed.
Express Shipping takes 2-3 business days to be delivered AFTER it has been processed. Please allow 3 business days for your order to be processed.
**IMPORTANT**
Note that if you use any other form of payment apart from PayPal your order may take longer to ship because it takes longer for your payment to be processed. PayPal payments are typically processed within 3-5 days. Please take this into consideration when ordering.
Your billing address has to match your shipping address. Additional Identification e.g. government issued ID maybe required if they do not match.
WHY WOULD THERE BE AN ORDER DELAY?
- Natural disasters are common reasons packages get delayed. Others could include carrier delays, unexpected weather, sales, and holidays. All of which we cannot control, however, be patient we are confident the wait is worth it!
RETURN POLICY
All sales are final therefore, we do not do refunds due to the nature of our products. With that being said after your order has been placed there are no cancellations, price changes or adjustments. Please check your order before you purchase.
If you received the wrong product or any item is missing please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product.
After your order has been shipped we are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged products. Please make sure you put in the correct address so there are no delays or issues. A signature may be required to collect your package.
